Scott O’Neil

Hello, I’m Scott O’Neil. I handle business development and strategic marketing. I’ve been with Bailey & Shipp
for 5 years. I started as the sales manager before transitioning to my current role. I have a BA in lighting design
from St. Mary’s college. I enjoy the team we have built here and our collaborative approach. When I’m not
working I love to spend time with my wife, Emily, and our two amazing kids. My favorite food is Sushi, and I
enjoy fishing, building electric bicycles, good beer, and live music.
